Recreational waters definition

Recreational waters means any water used for:
Recreational waters means waters accessible to the general public, used primarily for recreational purposes, and which are aquatic sites in sovereignty lands.
Recreational waters means marine waters that are classified by the Division of Water Quality as primary or secondary recreation.
