Redemption Drawing definition

Redemption Drawing means a drawing under the Letter of Credit resulting from the presentation of a certificate in the form of Annex D to the Letter of Credit.
Redemption Drawing has the meaning set forth in the Letter of Credit. “Reimbursement Obligations” — has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

Examples of Redemption Drawing in a sentence

  • The Borrower hereby agrees to pay to the Bank immediately after (and on the same Business Day as) any amount is drawn under the Letter of Credit pursuant to any Interest Drawing, Partial Redemption Drawing or Final Drawing or pursuant to any Tender Drawing (but as to a Tender Drawing, except as otherwise provided below, only to the extent that such drawing represents accrued interest on the Bonds), a sum equal to the amount so drawn.

  • The Borrower agrees in the case of any redemption of Bonds under Section 302 of the Indenture, to deposit an amount equal to the amount to be drawn by the Trustee under the resulting Redemption Drawing (as defined in the Letter of Credit) with the Bank, which amount shall be deposited not later than thirty-one (31) days prior to the redemption date.

  • Upon the payment by the Bank of the amount demanded in said Redemption Drawing, the Bank shall immediately reimburse itself from said collateral and remit any excess to the Borrower.

  • Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Redemption Basket means 100,000 Units or such other number of Units as may be determined by the General Partner from time to time, redeemed by a Participant.

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Early Redemption Amount (k) means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.
