Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;
Redemption Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 5.04.
Redemption Conditions means, with respect to any payment of cash in respect of the principal amount of any Permitted Convertible Debt, satisfaction of each of the following events: (a) no Default or Event of Default shall exist or result therefrom, and (b) both immediately before and at all times after such redemption, Borrower’s Qualified Cash shall be no less than 150% of the outstanding principal amount of the Secured Obligations plus the Qualified Cash A/P Amount.
Redemption Notes means unsecured subordinated promissory notes of the Trust having a maturity date to be determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee (provided that in no event shall the maturity date be set at a date subsequent to the first Business Day following the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of such note), bearing interest from the date of issue at a market rate of interest determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee, payable for each month during the term on the 15th day of each subsequent month with all principal being due on maturity, such promissory notes to provide that the Trust shall at any time be allowed to prepay all or any part of the outstanding principal without notice or bonus.
Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Redemption Notice Date means, with respect to a Redemption, the date on which the Company sends the Redemption Notice for such Redemption pursuant to Section 4.03(F).
Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.
Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).
Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.
Redemption Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
