  • As of the Redemption Due Date or, if earlier, the Redemption Payment Date (as those terms are defined below), the Redemption Amount shall be deemed applied, if so elected by the Holder, to any outstanding balance due on the Specific Purchase Note and then to any outstanding balance on any Purchase Note issued by the Holder, as designated by the Holder.

  • At any time within 30 days after receipt of notice of the Redemption Price the holder may demand redemption of this Warrant, in whole or in part, at the Redemption Price by notice to the Company, which Redemption Price shall be payable on the third Business Day after receipt of notice of such demand (any such date, the "Redemption Due Date") in immediately available funds to the holder upon surrender of this Warrant to the Company.

  • The Company covenants and agrees that it will honor all Conversion Notices tendered from the time of delivery of the Optional Redemption Notice through the Optional Redemption Due Date.

  • In the event that the applicable redemption price is not paid by the Cash Redemption Due Date, then the late payment penalty provisions of Section 4(e) shall apply commencing on the sixth (6/th/) business day of the Date of Redemption at Company's Election.

  • Redemption Dates means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Dates, and the Optional Redemption Dates, each of the foregoing, individually, a Redemption Date.

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Redemption Payment Date As defined in Section 13.1.

  • Redemption Period means the period from, and including, the relevant Redemption Notice Date until the close of business on the second Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the related Redemption Date.

  • Redemption Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Redemption Fee means the fee applied by us for the return of funds to an IBAN Account holder, or Cardholder following a request for redemption by an IBAN Account holder Cardholder under this Agreement, as specified in the attached Fees & Limits Schedule;

  • Redemption Notice Date means, with respect to a Redemption, the date on which the Company sends the Redemption Notice for such Redemption pursuant to Section 4.03(F).

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Redemption Day means the last Business Day of each week or such other day or days as the Directors may from time to time determine that Participating Shares in the Fund are available for redemption;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Redemption Proceeds means any proceeds in any applicable currency from a redemption in respect of the Charged Assets in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Charged Assets.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Redemption Notice means a notice in a form approved by the Company by which a holder of Public Shares is entitled to require the Company to redeem its Public Shares, subject to any conditions contained therein.
