In case an Event of Default with respect to this Security shall have occurred and be continuing, the amount declared due and payable upon any acceleration of the maturity of this Security will be determined by the Calculation Agent and will be an amount in cash equal to the Redemption Amount, calculated as if the date of acceleration were the Redemption Measurement Date.
In no event, however, will any postponement pursuant to the immediately preceding paragraph result in the final Averaging Date or the Redemption Measurement Date, as applicable, with respect to any Index constituent occurring more than three Index Business Days following the day originally scheduled to be such final Averaging Date or Redemption Measurement Date.
