Redemption Principal Amount definition

Redemption Principal Amount means the principal amount of a Note payable by the Company to redeem such Note upon its Redemption, calculated pursuant to Section 4.03(B).
Redemption Principal Amount means either (i) if the Tax Event Redemption Date occurs prior to a successful remarketing of the Debentures pursuant to the terms of Section 5.2 of the Purchase Contract Agreement, the aggregate principal amount of the Debentures which are components of Normal Units on the Tax Event Redemption Date or (ii) if the Tax Event Redemption Date occurs on or after a successful remarketing of the Debentures pursuant to the terms of Section 5.2 of the Purchase Contract Agreement, the aggregate principal amount of the Debentures outstanding on such Tax Event Redemption Date.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Indenture, the Company will be responsible for making all calculations called for under this Indenture or the Notes, including determinations of the Last Reported Sale Price, Cash Interest, PIK Interest, the Redemption Principal Amount, the Redemption Price and accrued interest on the Notes and the Conversion Rate.
