Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund definition

Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 34170.5(b) of the Law and administered by the County Auditor- Controller.

Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund means the fund established pursuant to Section 34170.5(b) of the California Health and Safety Code and administered by the Contra Costa County Auditor–Controller.

Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Sections 34170.5(a) and 34172(c) and administered by the County auditor-controller.

• The Bonds shall be also equally secured by the pledge and lien created with respect to the Bonds by Section 34177.5(g) of the Law on moneys deposited from time to time in the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund.
