Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.
Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;
Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, generally used in large, densely populated metropolitan areas.
Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.
Reference mass means the unladen mass of the vehicle increased by a uniform figure of 100 kg;
Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.
Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.
Reference Resource means a combustion turbine generating station, configured with a single General Electric Frame 7HA turbine with evaporative cooling, Selective Catalytic Reduction technology all CONE Areas, dual fuel capability, and a heat rate of 9.134 Mmbtu/ MWh.
Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
Reference Gilt means the Treasury Stock specified as such in the relevant Final Terms for so long as such stock is in issue, and thereafter such issue of index-linked Treasury Stock determined to be appropriate by a gilt-edged market maker or other adviser selected by the Issuer and approved by the Bond Trustee (an “Indexation Adviser”).
Reference Year Market Flow means the Market Flow based on a transmission topology that includes all pre-existing Transmission Facilities and all new or upgraded Transmission Facilities whose impact on M2M Entitlements has been previously evaluated and incorporated.
Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).
Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
Reference method means any direct test method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant as specified in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A*.
Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.
ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility
Trusted Network means a network operated and maintained by the Contractor, which includes security controls sufficient to protect DSHS Data on that network. Controls would include a firewall between any other networks, access control lists on networking devices such as routers and switches, and other such mechanisms which protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Data.
Secure Network means a network which is only accessible to Authorised Users by Secure Authentication.
Reference man means a hypothetical aggregation of human physical and physiological characteristics determined by international consensus. These characteristics may be used by researchers and public health workers to standardize results of experiments and to relate biological insult to a common base.
Reference Index means each of the indices comprising the Reference Portfolio.
IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;
