Refinancing Securities definition

Refinancing Securities means debt, equity, convertible or other securities of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries proposed to be sold in order to consummate the Permanent Refinancing.
Refinancing Securities means any subclass of Securities issued by the Issuer under this Indenture at any time and from time to time after the date hereof, in a Refinancing under Section 2.10 hereof.

  • All Securities of any class or subclass need not be issued at the same time and any class or subclass of Securities may be reopened, without the consent of any Holder, for issuances of Additional Securities or Refinancing Securities of such class or subclass, subject in all cases to Sections 2.10, 2.12, 3.09, 3.11 and 5.02 hereof and any other applicable provision of this Indenture.

  • On or after October 21, 2017, until October 21, 2018, lenders holding the Extended Bridge Loans may make a proposal for an offering of new securities ("Refinancing Securities") which Refinancing Securities may carry a weighted average effective yield that is up to 150 basis points greater than 11.5%.

Refinancing Securities means the Debt Refinancing Securities and the Equity Refinancing Securities.
Refinancing Securities means (i) the $360,000,000 Aggregate Liquidation Amount of 9% Trust Preferred Securities Due 2006 issued by the FMC Trust pursuant to its Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust dated as of November 27, 1996, as it may be amended, restated or modified as permitted by Section 8.9, and (ii) the 1996 Subordinated Notes.
