Examples of Reflight Launch Services in a sentence

  • Any Reflight Launch Services provided in accordance with Section 8 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Launch Services provided in accordance to Section 2.1.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish Customer (***) Launch Services and (***) Reflight Launch Services (***), if purchased by Customer, of the Payload from the Launch Site as contemplated herein and in Exhibit B (Statement of Work).

  • The Reflight Launch Services must be completed within (***) following a Launch Failure or the Reflight Option shall terminate and Contractor shall retain the Reflight Option fee, unless the inability to perform the Reflight Launch Services within such timeframe is solely the fault of Contractor.

  • Customer shall be obligated to make all payments to Contractor hereunder regardless of the outcome of the Launch Services, Reflight Launch Services or Replacement Launch Services (if applicable).

  • Contractor shall notify Customer if Contractor establishes an alternate launch site capable of performing the Launch Services (including any Reflight Launch Services or Replacement Launch Services, as applicable) during the performance period of this Agreement (the “Alternate Launch Site”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if Customer agrees to utilize the Alternate Launch Site for its Launch Services (including any Reflight Launch Services or Replacement Launch Services, as applicable), any deviation of the Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Interval or Launch Date as initially notified by Contractor to Customer in this Section 2.3 shall: (i) not be considered an Excusable Delay, and (ii) be on a one-time, no-fault basis and without application of Contractor or Customer delay fees.

  • For the sake of clarity, a delay by Contractor in performing the Launch Services, Reflight Launch Services or Replacement Launch Services shall be governed pursuant to Section 16.2(b) (Termination for Delay).

  • The Launch Services and any Reflight Launch Services (***) (if applicable) shall be considered complete upon Launch, but not complete in the event of a Terminated Ignition.

  • In the event Contractor is not required to provide a Reflight Launch Services in connection with a Launch Service hereunder, Contractor shall retain the Reflight Option fee without further obligation or liability to Customer.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as in any way obligating SpaceX to refund any payments made in connection with any Launch Services, Reflight Launch Services or Replacement Launch Services performed hereunder.

Related to Reflight Launch Services

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Commercial Launch means the first commercial sale in the Territory of the Product by Par, its Affiliate or a permitted sublicensee, as the case may be, to a Third Party.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.
