Reformulation Level definition

Reformulation Level means 100 parts per million (“ppm”) lead.
Reformulation Level means 100 parts per million (“ppm”) lead when analyzed pursuant to a scientifically reliable digest method, such as CPSC-CH-E1001-08.3, “Standard Operating Procedure for Determining Total Lead (Pb) in Children’s Metal Products (Including Children’s Metal Jewelry), Revision November 15, 2012.”
Reformulation Level means 10 ppm BPA as measured by the Test Protocol.

Examples of Reformulation Level in a sentence

  • The Reformulation Level for Licorice Products is 35 parts per billion (“ppb”) or less of Lead by weight.

  • After April 1, 2014, Manufacturer Settling Defendants shall not manufacture, purchase, ship, offer for sale, sell or otherwise introduce into the California marketplace any Licorice Products that do not meet the Reformulation Level.

  • Commencing July 31, 2020 (the “Compliance Date”), Settling Defendant shall not purchase, manufacture, ship, sell, or offer for sale Covered Products that will be sold or offered for sale in California that contain lead in excess the Reformulation Level.

  • The laboratory will provide completed chain­ of-custody forms with the analytical results delivered to EPA.

  • This higher Reformulation Level may also include additional injunctive requirements that will ensure that the Lead in the Covered Products is not avoidable by good agricultural or good manufacturing practices and that the producer, manufacturer, distributor, or holder of the food is at all times utilizing quality control measures that reduce natural occurring Lead to the lowest level currently feasible, as such term is defined in 27 Cal.

  • Testing to assess compliance with the Reformulation Level (“ValidationTesting”) shall be based on testing of either: (a) an aggregate sample of an entire retail package of a Covered Product; or (b) aggregate samples of not less than eight (8) ounces from a single production lot of a Covered Product.

  • To the extent it has not already done so, no more than thirty (30) days after the date of entry of this Consent Judgment (“Effective Date”), if and when Settling Defendant purchases Licorice Products from a third party, Settling Defendant shall provide the Reformulation Level to each of its Licorice Products suppliers and shall request each such Licorice Products supplier to provide it with Licorice Products that do not exceed the Reformulation Level.

  • regulatory action level RBC means the product of 1.5 and its authorized control level RBC;

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
