Refund Bank definition

Refund Bank shall have the meaning given to such term in the preamble to this Agreement;

Refund Bank means the Banker to the Issue which is a clearing member registered with SEBI under the SEBI BTI Regulations with whom the Refund Account will be opened, in this case being ICICI Bank Limited;

Examples of Refund Bank in a sentence

• Physical refunds (if any) shall also be the responsibility of the Refund Bank.

• The specimen signatures of the Company, the Book Running Lead Managers and the Registrar for the purpose of instructions to the Escrow Collection Bank, Public Offer Account Bank, the Refund Bank and the Sponsor Banks as provided here in as Schedule X, will be provided to the Bankers to the Offer before the Bid/Offer Opening Date.

• Upon the occurrence of any such event, the Escrow Collection Bank, the Public Offer Account Bank, the Refund Bank or the Sponsor Banks, as applicable, shall inform the relevant authorized representative promptly, and in any event, immediately and no later than one Working Day from the date of receipt of, such instruction and seek clarifications to the Parties’ mutual satisfaction.

• The Escrow Collection Bank, the Refund Bank, the Public Offer Account Bank shall not in any case whatsoever use any amounts held in the Escrow Accounts, the Public Offer Account and the Refund Account, respectively, to satisfy this indemnity in any manner whatsoever.

• Any such resignation from the respective Escrow Collection Bank, the Public Offer Account Bank, the Refund Bank or the Sponsor Banks shall not terminate this Agreement vis-à-vis Escrow Collection Bank, the Public Offer Account Bank, the Refund Bank or the Sponsor Banks, who have not resigned, as applicable.

Refund Bank means the bank which are a clearing member registered with SEBI under the SEBI BTI Regulations, with whom the Refund Account will be opened, in this case being Axis Bank Limited.

Refund Bank means the Banker to the Offer with whom the Refund Account(s) will be opened, in this case being ICICI Bank Limited;

Refund Bank means Axis Bank Limited;

Refund Bank means ICICI Bank Limited;

Refund Bank shall have the meaning given to such term in the Cash Escrow and Sponsor Bank Agreement.

Refund Bank and “Sponsor Banks” shall also include references to their respective “Correspondent Bank(s)”, if such banks have been appointed by such Escrow Collection Bank, Public Offer Account Bank, Refund Bank or Sponsor Banks and all references to “Escrow Account”, “Public Offer Account” and “Refund Account” shall include any accounts established by the Correspondent Bank(s) pursuant to such appointment; and

Refund Bank means the Banker(s) to the Offer with whom the Refund Account(s) will be opened, in this case being Axis Bank Limited;
