Banker to the Issue definition

Banker to the Issue means ICICI Bank, collectively acting as the Escrow Collection Bank, Allotment Bank and the Refund Bank;
Banker to the Issue means any bank so named in the prospectus to collect money as subscription against security;
Banker to the Issue means collectively, the Escrow Collection Bank, the Public Offer Account Bank, the Refund Bank, and the Sponsor Banks.

  • The cheque/bank draft can be drawn on any bank, including a co-operative bank which is situated at and is member or sub-member of the bankers’ clearing-house located at the place where the Application Form is submitted, i.e. at designated collection centres of the Banker to the Issue.

  • The Company, will dispatch share certificates to successful applicants through their Banker to the Issue or by crediting the respective Central Depository System (“CDS”) accounts of the successful applicants within thirty (30) days of the close of public subscription, as per Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges.

  • Sponsor Bank means a Banker to the Issue registered with SEBI which is appointed by the Issuer to act as a conduit between the Stock Exchanges and NPCI in order to push the mandate collect requests and/ or payment instructions of the retail investors into the UPI.

  • In the event of any conflicting instructions received from the Lead Manager and/or the Registrar, the Banker to the Issue will act on the instructions received from the Lead Manager.

  • Set forth is the shareholding of our Promoters and Promoters’ Group before and after the proposed issue: Sr. No. Name of Shareholder* Includes the promoters contribution in the Issue which will be satisfied one day prior to the date of opening of the issue and the amount shall be kept in the escrow account opened with the Banker to the Issue and shall be released to the company along with the release of the issue proceeds.

  • Website of the Issuer means the Website(s) of the Issuer as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Bond Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Bond is payable.
