Cash Escrow and Sponsor Bank Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Company, the Registrar to the Issue, the Book Running Lead Managers, the Syndicate Member, the Banker(s) to the Issue, inter alia, the appointment of the Sponsor Bank in accordance with the UPI Circular, for the collection of the Bid Amounts from Anchor Investors, transfer of funds to the Public Issue Account and where applicable, refunds of the amounts collected from Bidders, on the terms and conditions thereof;
Cash Escrow and Sponsor Bank Agreement shall have the meaning given to such term in Recital (J);
