Refund Escrow Account definition

Refund Escrow Account means the account established pursuant to the terms and conditions of that certain Escrow Agreement, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “F”.

  • If any such Pre-2009 Group Tax refund is paid directly to any party, such party will deposit such refund in the Refund Escrow Account (as defined in the Global Settlement Agreement).

  • Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.

  • Escrow Deposit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Reserve Account Initial Deposit means cash or Eligible Investments having a value of at least $____________.
