Refund Point definition

Refund Point has the meaning given to that term in section 47C(1) of the Act. Refund Point Agreement has the meaning given to that term in section 47C(1) of the Act. Refund Point Operator has the meaning given to that term in section 47C(1) of the Act. Related Scheme Service Provider means each party that has issued a notification in accordance with clause 3.2(a).
