Refund Voucher means a credit note issued by the Bank confirming refund of a Payment Transaction Request to the Bank Account. Representative means in relation to the Merchant, its specified officers, directors, employees or owners who are authorised to act for and on behalf of the Merchant and which may be changed by the Merchant upon completing and sending to the Bank the addendum entitled: Request to Change Authorised Contacts.
