Invitation to Tender or "ITT" means the Invitation to Tender issued by the Authority on 14/11/2012;
Secondary Refusal Right means the right, but not an obligation, of each Investor to purchase up to its pro rata portion (based upon the total number of shares of Capital Stock then held by all Investors) of any Transfer Stock not purchased pursuant to the Right of First Refusal, on the terms and conditions specified in the Proposed Transfer Notice.
First Refusal Right means the right granted to the Corporation in accordance with Article E.
Design torso angle means the angle measures between a vertical line through the "R" point and the torso line in a position which corresponds to the design position of the seat-back established by the vehicle manufacturer;
Expansion to an existing manufactured home park or subdivision means the preparation of additional sites by the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads).
First Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(e)(1) or Section 11.1(b)(i), as applicable.
Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.
Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
First Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.4(a).
Notice of Election to Purchase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(b).
Acceptance Window shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).
Unapplied Non-Extension Advance means any Non-Extension Advance other than an Applied Non-Extension Advance.
Building Envelope means the integrated elements of a building which separate its interior from the outdoor environment;
Increment Offer means a type of Virtual Transaction that is an offer to sell energy at a specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market. A cleared Increment Offer results in scheduled generation at the specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market.
First Offer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.
Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Option to Build means the option of the New Service Customer to build certain Customer- Funded Upgrades, as set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the Construction Service Agreement.
Non-Extension Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(b).
Declination means the process by which Treasury refuses to make final payment on a check, i.e., declines pay- ment, by instructing a Federal Reserve Bank to reverse its provisional credit to a presenting bank.
Refusal means a record that expressly states an intent to prohibit other persons from making an anatomical gift of an individual’s body or body part.

Applied Non-Extension Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(a).
