Your Credit Limit. Your Credit Limit is printed on your billing statements. You may not exceed your Credit Limit at any time. If your balance is more than your Credit Limit, you must pay the amount over your Credit Limit immediately and we may suspend your account. Your Cash Advance limit will be 50% of your total Credit Limit. At our discretion, we may change your Credit Limit at any time as permitted by law and after providing you with appropriate notice as required.

Your Credit Limit. We may increase or decrease your Credit Limit at any time, subject to applicable law. We may authorize Transactions that, together with previously authorized Transactions, interest and other amounts billed to you, cause your outstanding balance to exceed your Credit Limit. If we do, you will be responsible for paying that amount.
Your Credit Limit. Your credit limit is shown on each of your billing statements. You agree not to use your account in any way that will cause your balance to go over your limit. If you do, we may at our option, close your account, and/or exercise any of our other remedies under this Agreement or at law. You must pay the full amount of your balance which is over the credit limit. The fact that we do not ask you for that amount as part of the Minimum Payment shown on your billing statement does not relieve you of your obligation to pay it immediately. We will not authorize any new Credit Purchases or Cash Advances if our records show that doing so will cause your balance to go over your credit limit. If we do authorize any such Purchase or Cash Advance, such authorization will not result in any waiver of our rights under this section. If we increase your credit limit, we will notify you.
Your Credit Limit. Your initial credit limit is disclosed to you in your Welcome Kit and your current credit limit will be indicated on each Statement. Your credit limit is the maximum amount of Transactions that can be charged to your Account. We determine your available credit by deducting the amount you owe us (including Transactions that we have authorized but not yet posted to your Account) from your credit limit. We will set a limit for Cash Advances on your Account. Although we establish a credit limit, we may, from time to time and at our discretion, approve charges that cause your Balance to exceed the credit limit. This does not mean that your credit limit has changed and the Primary Cardholder remains responsible for and must pay the amount that exceeds your credit limit when due. However, we are not required to allow you to exceed your credit limit, even if we have done so in the past. If your Account is over its credit limit any time during a Statement period, you may be charged the over limit fee shown in the Disclosure Summary once per Statement period. The over limit fee may be amended with notice to you. Merchants may request pre-authorization for certain transactions such as hotel or rental car reservations, and the resulting “holds” will decrease your available credit. However, if you exceed your credit limit solely as a result of holds placed on your Account, the over limit fee will not be charged to your Account. From time to time, we may invite the Primary Cardholder to apply to increase the credit limit of the Account. If the Primary Cardholder requests an increase to the credit limit, at our discretion we may increase the credit limit up to the new limit applied for. We may decrease the credit limit of the Account at any time, without notice to you.
Your Credit Limit. 22.1 We may decline a transaction if you have exceeded your credit limit on your Credit facility. 22.2 If a transaction results in you exceeding your credit limit, it does not mean that we have extended or increased your credit limit and you must immediately bring your Credit facility in line with the credit limit we contracted at. 22.3 You must ensure that you and any additional cardholders do not exceed your credit limit. 22.4 We may, at our discretion and at any time, reduce the credit limit on your Credit facility. You will be notified of the reduction in writing. The reduction will take place upon the delivery of the written notice to you. 22.5 If you exceed your credit limit you will be in breach of this agreement.
Your Credit Limit. We will set a credit limit for your account and tell you what it is when we send you your card. Subject to further condition 1.4 below, we may change your credit limit at any time and will let you know about any changes by giving you 30 days’ notice in accordance with further condition 9.

Your Credit Limit. We will establish a Credit Limit for your Account in an amount as determined by us. The Credit Limit is the combined amount of credit for Purchases, Balance Transfers and Cash Advances that we agree to extend to you. We will tell you your initial Credit Limit when we open your Account. We may increase or decrease your Credit Limit at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any change in your Credit Limit as may be required by law. Changes to your Credit Limit may take effect before you receive such notice. Your Statement will show your Credit Limit as adjusted from time to time. In addition, the Statement will disclose the amount of your Credit Limit that was available on the closing date of your billing cycle (your “Available Revolving Credit Line”). Your Available Revolving Credit Line will be the amount of your Credit Limit, minus the sum of (a) your New Balance and (b) any Purchases, Cash Advances and Balance Transfers that we have authorized but not yet posted to your Account, and
Your Credit Limit. You may not use your Account in any way that would cause you to go over your Credit Limit. We may refuse to authorize or accept any transaction on your Account that would cause you to exceed your Credit Limit, even if you have authorized us to charge you an Overlimit Fee for doing so. We may temporarily agree to allow you to exceed your Credit Limit; however, in that case you must repay the excess amount according to the terms of this Agreement. Any transactionshonored in excess of your Credit Limit will not result in an increase of your Credit Limit. We may at any time and without prior notice to you increase or decrease your Credit Limit, limit the Credit Limit for Cash Advances or take away your ability to obtain Cash Advances.
Your Credit Limit. 6.1 We decide the credit limit on the account and you must ensure that you and any additional cardholders do not exceed this limit. 6.2 We may, within our sole discretion and at any time, reduce or increase the credit limit allocated on your account. 6.3 You may apply for an increase to your credit limit. 6.4 You are responsible for managing the credit limit on your account. 6.5 We may refuse to authorise purchases and cash withdrawals if you have exceeded the credit limit. 6.6 If we accept a transaction that results in you exceeding your credit limit, it does not mean that we have extended or increased your credit limit.
