Refuse disposal definition

Refuse disposal means the complete process required for the disposal of any refuse and includes all tools, equipment, treatment spaces, buildings, structures, appurtenances, and materials required to take refuse from a refuse collector and bury, incinerate, destroy, or otherwise dispose of such refuse.
Refuse disposal means the permanent or semi-permanent placement of refuse in any location.
Refuse disposal means the disposition of refuse in accordance with this article.

  • Emergency Medical Transportation means the transportation, by ambulance, of sick, injured or otherwise incapacitated persons who require emergency medical care.

  • Properly Shredded Garbage means the wastes from the preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food that have been shredded to such a degree that all particles will be carried freely under the flow conditions normally prevailing in public sewers, with no particle greater than one-half (1/2) inch (1.27 centimeters) in any dimension.

  • Domestic Transportation means air transportation between points in Canada, from and to the same point in Canada or between Canada and a point outside Canada that is not in the territory of another country.
