Should CCSDFD need to transport the student during the job shadow experience, the supervising EGUSD teacher will ensure that the attached Student Alternate Transportation Form has been completed by the student’s parent or guardian to acknowledge that their child may be in a CCSDFD vehicle and that they are solely responsible.
