Region of destination definition

Region of destination means the region of the Member States of arrival where the goods are to be consumed or erected, assembled, processed, repaired or maintained. Failing this, the region of destination shall be replaced either by the region where the commer- cial process is to take place or by the region to which the goods are to be dispatched.
