Regional Broadcast a Broadcast in one National Region of the BBC’s Domestic Services and (if desired by the BBC) simultaneously with such Broadcast in the World Service
Regional Broadcast means the broadcasting services transmitted to the minimum seventy percent of the total population of the provinces in a geographical region and to the provinces in a geographical region determined by the Supreme Council.
Regional Broadcast means the radio, television and data broadcasts that cover the landscape of at least three neighbor provinces and minimum 70 percent landscape of a geographical region.

  • In the event that the Network and Regional advertising, if broadcast in full in the Network program blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows of the Principal, would result in non-compliance with the advertising law requirements with regard to the advertising time limitations, the Network advertising time shall not be reduced and it is the time allocated to regional advertising that should be reduced.

  • Principal is not liable for failure to place advertising in Network Program Block or Regional Broadcast Windows through Agent’s fault.

  • To facilitate Agent’s services of making Clients Agreements for placement of Regional Advertising within Network Program Blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows, Principal shall guarantee the following amounts of time allocated for placement of Regional Advertising: not more than ( ) minutes in an airing day (from to ), unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.

  • Broadcaster means a person or a group of persons, or body corporate, or any organization or body who, after having obtained, in its name, downlinking permission for its channels, from the Central Government, is providing programming services;

  • Television means a system for transmitting visual images and sound that are reproduced on screens, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Television includes any video programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.

  • Cable television service means the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming and other programming service and subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of the video programming or other programming service.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Television Channel means Zee Group Channel, which has been granted permission for downlinking by the Central Government under the policy guidelines issued or amended by it from time to time and reference to the term ‘channel’ shall be construed as a reference to “television channel”

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.

  • Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.

It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or "CMRS" means commercial mobile radio service regulated under section 3 of title I and section 332 of title III of the communications act of 1934, chapter 652, 48 Stat 1064, 47 USC 153 and 332, and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission or provided under the wireless emergency service order. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Radio means a system for transmitting sound without visual images, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Radio includes any audio programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • broadcasting station means a station in the broadcasting service.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Youth Football means those participating at ages under 11s to under 18s.

  • DMA means an Initial DMA or a Merged DMA, as applicable.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;
