Regional Employees definition

Regional Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
Regional Employees means those employees of the Target Group listed on page 2 of item 37.1.8 of the Data Room under the heading “Regional Employees”;

Related to Regional Employees

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.
