Regional Service Facility definition

Regional Service Facility means buildings and structures, including fixed machinery and equipment, used or to be used to provide a service, from which a majority of revenues generated by activity at the facility are derived from outside Colorado County.

Regional Service Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used to service goods where seventy percent (70%) of the goods being serviced originate outside of Brazoria County.
