Regional Service Facility definition

Regional Service Facility means buildings and structures, including fixed machinery and equipment, used, or to be used, to provide a service, from which a majority of revenues generated by activity at the facility are derived from outside Tarrant County.

Regional Service Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used to service goods where seventy percent (70%) of the goods being serviced originate outside of Brazoria County.

Regional Service Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used to service goods where a majority of the goods being serviced are domiciled at least 25 miles from the facility's Victoria County location.
