Registered Brokers definition

Registered Brokers means stock brokers registered with SEBI and the stock exchanges having nationwide terminals, other than the members of the Syndicate and eligible to procure Bids in terms of the SEBI circular number CIR/CFD/14/2012 dated October 4, 2012 issued by SEBI.

Registered Brokers means stockbrokers registered with the stock exchanges having nationwide terminals, other than the members of the Syndicate and eligible to procure Bids in terms of SEBI circular number CIR/CFD/14/2012 dated October 4, 2012, and the UPI Circulars, issued by SEBI;

Registered Brokers means stock brokers registered with SEBI under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992 and the stock exchanges having nationwide terminals, other than the members of the Syndicate and havingterminals at any of the Broker Centers and eligible to procure Bids in terms of the October 2012 Circular;

Examples of Registered Brokers in a sentence

• The Company and the Selling Shareholders hereby agree that the aggregate amount of commission payable to the SCSBs, NPCI, Registered Brokers, Collecting Depository Participants, Collecting RTA and processing fees in relation to the UPI Mechanism from Retail Individual Bidders, in relation to the Offer as mutually agreed with the parties shall be deposited by the Company with the Stock Exchanges prior to the receipt of the final listing and trading approvals.
