Examples of Registered interpreter in a sentence
Registered interpreter" means an interpreter who is registered by the administrative office of the courts.
RCW 2.43.030(1) (b) states: An in-person Certified or Registered interpreter who has been credentialed by the Administrative Office of the Courts shall be appointed, whenever possible, unless good cause is found and noted by the appointing authority.
The person responsible for appointing or securing the assistance of an interpreter within the Snohomish County Court System will comply with the following order of preference in appointing an interpreter in Chapter 2.43.030 RCW: Chapter 2.43.030(1)(b) RCWAn in-person Certified or Registered interpreter who has been credentialed by the Administrative Office of the Courts shall be appointed, whenever possible,unless good cause is found and noted by the appointing authority.
If a Certified interpreter is unavailable, a Conditionally Approved interpreter or a Registered interpreter is to be given preference.
