Registered Noteholders means a Person in whose name any of the Series 2023-A Notes are registered on the Register as of a particular Record Date.

  • Payments of interest and principal on each Class of Notes will be made pro rata to the Registered Noteholders of that Class on each Payment Date.

  • No modifications to the Conditions may be made by the Registered Noteholders without the Issuer's written consent.
