Registered Owned Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or purported to be owned by, filed in the name of or applied for by Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Registered Owned Intellectual Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.08(a).

Registered Owned Intellectual Property means Owned Intellectual Property issued by, registered, recorded or filed with, renewed by or the subject of a pending application before any Governmental Authority or Internet domain name registrar.
