Registered Parent IP definition

Registered Parent IP means all Intellectual Property: (a) included in the Parent Owned IP or (b) that is exclusively licensed to Parent, in each case (a) and (b), that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued, filed with or recorded by any Governmental Authority or Internet domain name registrar.

Examples of Registered Parent IP in a sentence

  • To the Knowledge of Parent, the Registered Parent IP that have been issued or registered are valid and enforceable.

  • The Registered Parent IP is subsisting and, excluding any pending applications contained therein, to the knowledge of Parent, is valid and enforceable.

  • Company Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, the Company.
