registered trade union means a trade union registered under The Trade Unions Act, 1926 (16 of 1926);
registered trade mark means a trade mark which is actually on the register and remaining in force;
registered company means a company registered under the enactments relating to companies for the time being in force in the United Kingdom.
Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.

Registered patient means a patient who is included in a list that is a registered patient list for the purposes of the Primary Medical Services (Sale of Goodwill and Restrictions on Sub- contracting) Regulations 2004(e);
Registered User means a person who is for the time being registered as such under section 49;
Registered Participant means a market participant which has entered into a Participation Agreement with the Allocation Platform Rights Document means a document containing the information of the maximum amount of allocated Physical Transmission Rights (identified by CAI) that can be nominated by a market participant per Bidding Zone border per day per hour and per direction taking into account the volume of Daily Transmission Rights initially acquired and any possible curtailments which occurred before the issuance of the Rights Document. Registered Charity means a charitable organization which is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency as a registered charity and listed in the attached link, which may be updated from time to time: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/chrts-gvng/lstngs/menu-eng.html.
Company Registered Intellectual Property means all Registered Intellectual Property owned by, filed in the name of, assigned to or applied for by, the Company.
Company Registered IP means all of the Registered IP owned by, under obligation of assignment to, or filed in the name of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
