The Registered Trustee shall have no other authority, duties or liabilities.
The appointment of the successor Registered Trustee shall take effect concurrently with the resignation or removal of the former Registered Trustee, and, thereupon, the Registered Trustee so resigned or removed shall be fully discharged of its duties and liabilities hereunder, if any.
