Registrar Account definition

Registrar Account means the unique "pre-­‐paid" account of the registrar, held with the administrator, from which the administrator shall deduct funds for domain name transactions conducted for and on behalf of the registrar in accordance with these polices and the RA."

Registrar Account means the account established by the Registrar for the purposes of complying with the Registry Credit Policy, as defined in Section 4.3.2 of this Agreement.

Registrar Account means an individual electronic account established for the user in the registry operated by AIX Registrar as an agent of the Issuer pursuant to and in accordance with terms and conditions of the Registrar Agreement concluded between AIX Registrar and the user, and where records in respect of the user’s Securities are maintained;

Examples of Registrar Account in a sentence

• Upon such notification, HKIRC shall cancel the renewed registration and refund the deducted charges to the Registrar Account.

• HKIRC may also at any time renew a Domain Name registration that is due to expire, and may automatically debit any applicable renewal fee from the Registrar Account in HKIRC.

• Notwithstanding the establishment of the Registrar Account as set out in clause 6.4, HKIRC may specify alternative or additional modes of payment.

• If at any time the balance held in the Registrar Account with the HKIRC falls below the Minimum Balance prescribed by HKIRC, the Registrar shall within five (5) days thereof deposit such sums as shall be necessary to bring the Registrar Account balance up to the Minimum Balance prescribed by HKIRC.

• For Pre-Pay Registrars, payment from the Registrar Account shall be made via draw down of the deposit account.

• If the request to delete the Registered Name is validated and approved by us, we will then delete the Registered Name and credit the Registrar of record’s Registrar Account with the amount previously debited for the auto-renewal.

• We shall, at our sole discretion, require and set the minimum balance requirement for the Registrar Account, as well as require a further advance and any other payment security if we consider necessary at our absolute discretion.

• In the event You have insufficient funds deposited or available through Your Registrar Account with us and/or You fail to pay any invoice on time in accordance with this Agreement, we may do any or all of the following: stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations, or registrations associated with transfers of sponsorship, from Registrar; give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.2; and pursue any other remedy under this Agreement or available at law.

• Once the redemption request is validated and approved by us, we will redeem the Registered Name and debit such Registrar’s balance in its Registrar Account for the Redemption Fee.

• Once validated and approved by us, we will debit the Registrar Account for the applicable Renewal Fees.
