Registrar of Trusts means the Registrar of International Trusts appointed under this Act;
Registrar of Trusts means the person appointed by the Minister to perform the duties of Registrar under this Ordinance;
Registrar of Trusts means the registrar of trusts appointed pursuant to Part VI of the Trusts Act. “Securities Act” shall mean the United States Securities Act of 1933.
