Regular and recurring definition

Regular and recurring telecommuting means a continuing arrangement under which an employee works at an alternate worksite for some portion of the work week or pay period.
Regular and recurring means a schedule in which at least one day each pay period is planned to be at a stated worksite (e.g., a HUD office, home, or other approved alternative worksite) as a matter of routine.
