Examples of Regular Assessments in a sentence
If the Board determines that Regular Assessments or Neighborhood Assessments for the then current year are or will become inadequate to meet Common Expenses for any reason, it shall determine the estimated amount of such inadequacy and levy a Special Assessment against each Lot and Owner responsible for such Assessment.
Regular Assessments shall commence as to all Lots on the first day of the month following the conveyance of the first Lot by Declarant to an Owner.
Regular Assessments as to Lots brought under the Declaration pursuant to Section 2.2 shall commence on the first day of the month following the conveyance of the first Lot therein by Declarant to an Owner.
Should the Qualifying Resident execute this Agreement on any day after the first day of the month, the Qualifying Resident shall make a prorated payment for Regular Assessments covering the unexpired balance of the month.
Such GRF Amenities Fee and GRF Assessments shall be in addition to the monthly Regular Assessments and Mutual Assessments specified in Article 5 of this Agreement and in the Governing Documents.
