Regular Contract Unit Member is one employed on a continuing contract for the number of workdays specified in Section 8.1 of this Contract.
Regular Member means any Member, excluding the Managing Member and any Special Members.
Unit Member refers to any employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article II.

Regular Care means Treatment that is administered as frequently as is medically required according to guidelines established by nationally recognized authorities, medical research, healthcare organizations, governmental agencies or rehabilitative organizations. Care must be rendered personally by your Physician according to generally accepted medical standards in your locality, be of a demonstrable medical value and be necessary to meet your basic health needs.
Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.
Regular Position means an individual Nurse’s job defined as a percentage of full-time hours as set out in the appointment letter referred to in Article 15.
Regular ballot means a ballot that is not a provisional ballot.
Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.
Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. regular service means service rendered by an employee in the Cadre on a regular basis other than the service on contract or daily wages or ad-hoc but includes ad-hoc promotion or appointment in a cadre post through due procedure followed by regularization to the extant approved by the competent authority.
Lower Tier Participant refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).
Deferral Contribution means any contribution made to the Plan by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03.
Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.
Member contribution means a contribution under regulation 32;
Life Member means an Individual appointed as a Life Member of the Club under clause 5.2.

Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
Participant Contributions means contributions made by the Participant pursuant to an executed Pay Reduction Agreement subject to the Participant Contribution limits contained in Article III.
Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.
