Regular Deck Officer definition

Regular Deck Officer means any Deck Officer regularly assigned to a vessel, route or assignment that is maintained during periods of minimal service.
Regular Deck Officer according to Rule 2, shall be paid at the rate of Second Mate’s classification. A Deck Officer working on a project assignment shall be allowed the right of promotion during their project assignment, and shall be paid in accordance with the wages of their promoted classification.
