Regular Members definition

Regular Members is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Regular Members means Persons who are for the time being regular members of the Association;
Regular Members means the Persons who have been accepted by the Board as Regular Members in accordance with the Bylaws and who have not ceased to be Regular Members;

  • All regular employees must become and remain Regular Members of the Toronto Transit Commission Pension Fund Society in the pay period in which the six months of continuous service falls.

  • Nothing in this JPA Amendment is intended to alter or modify Authority Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) Program, the PACE Program administered by Authority within the jurisdictions of its Regular Members, or any other programs administered now or in the future by Authority, all as currently structured or subsequently amended.

More Definitions of Regular Members

Regular Members are those legal entities that have signed a Participation Agreement approved by the Board of Directors and paid the associated fee, defined by the Board of Directors in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. Regular Members are approved by the Board of Directors or any corporate body designated by the Board of Directors. Each Regular Member shall have the following rights:
Regular Members. – means those individuals who meet the membership criteria for Regular Members found in Section 3.02 herein who have made application to become Regular Members of the Association and have paid such dues as the Board may determine.
Regular Members means all natural persons satisfying the conditions of Article 20, and “Regular Member” shall mean any one of them;
Regular Members means those Members who are obliged by virtue of their membership of the Scheme to provide statistical returns to Repak of the amount and type of packaging they place on the market and whose membership fees are payable twice yearly based on the statistical returns they have submitted, in accordance with Rule 6;
Regular Members means any party that has joined the Consortium according to Clause 3.2 and whose membership has not ended or been terminated as provided for herein.
Regular Members means all natural persons satisfying the conditions of Section A.3.1 and having voting rights within FASA, and “Regular Member” shall mean any one of them;
Regular Members means Manufacturers, importers or only representatives, who are subject to a registration requirement according to REACH and who belong to the Consortium as Members who joined the Consortium after the SIEF Meeting of February 25th, 2009 until 30 April 2009. A Regular Member is a legal entity subject to registration. The Coordinator will hold a list of all Regular Members.
