If Buyer becomes aware by notice from Seller or otherwise that Gas to be delivered does not meet the quality specifications in this Section 6, then Buyer will have the right to refuse to accept delivery of any Gas failing to meet the quality specifications in this Section 6 by delivering a Regular Notice to Seller.
