Regulated pathogens means those bacterial and fungal organisms identified as the casual agents for the dis- eases listed in this section.

  • Chemical substance means a substance intended to be used as a precursor in the manufacture of a controlled substance or any other chemical intended to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance.
