Regulation CF means Regulation Crowdfunding promulgated under the Securities Act.
Regulation RR means Regulation RR (Credit Risk Retention) promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission to implement the credit risk retention requirements of Section 15G of the Securities Exchange Act.

Regulation Zone means any of those one or more geographic areas, each consisting of a combination of one or more Control Zone(s) as designated by the Office of the Interconnection in the PJM Manuals, relevant to provision of, and requirements for, regulation service.
Regulation S Permanent Global Certificate means any single permanent global Certificate, in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupons received in exchange for a Regulation S Temporary Global Certificate.
Regulation S Permanent Global Note means a permanent Global Note in the form of Exhibit A hereto bearing the Global Note Legend and the Private Placement Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Regulation S Temporary Global Note upon expiration of the Restricted Period.
Regulation S Global Note means a Regulation S Temporary Global Note or Regulation S Permanent Global Note, as appropriate.
Unencumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes, an amount equal to the product of
participating class means a class of shares title to which is permitted by an Operator to be transferred by means of a relevant system;
Regulation S Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S;
Regulation A means Regulation A of the Federal Reserve Board as in effect from time to time.
Regulation S-T means Regulation S-T of the Commission.
