FORWARDING AN APPLICATION FOR A COMMUNITY DESIGN Article 44d If an application for a Community design has been filed to the Office pursuant to Article 35, paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Community designs, a fee and charges for forwarding shall be paid in accordance with special regulations.
Fees for the actions carried out by the State Patent Bureau after the filing through the State Patent Bureau of an application for the registration of a Community design shall be paid in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Law on Fees for the Registration of Industrial Property Objects and the Regulation on Community designs.
The State Patent Bureau shall approve legal acts related to the application of the Regulation on Community designs.
THE COURT COMPETENT FOR A COMMUNITY DESIGN Article 44g (1) The Commercial Court in Zagreb shall be the Community Industrial Design Court of First Instance in the Republic of Croatia, within the meaning of the Regulation on Community designs.
This last proviso means that any national law to the contrary will prevail over the Regulation on Community designs but in the absence of a specific national law or agreement to the contrary, Article 14(3) will act as the default own- ership provision.
