Regulatory Area definition

Regulatory Area means that part of the Convention Area beyond areas under national jurisdiction.
Regulatory Area means an area referred to in section 6;
Regulatory Area means a geographic subdivision of the District in which goals are established to reduce groundwater withdrawals by specific deadlines.

Examples of Regulatory Area in a sentence

  • Surveys of the Kertch Strait on 15-20 stations; “secular” section across the strait on 8 stations; “secular” roadstead station in the centre of the strait.

  • Transfers made to Contracting Parties conducting fisheries for squid in the Regulatory Area shall be reported to the Executive Secretary, and the report shall be made as promptly as possible.

More Definitions of Regulatory Area

Regulatory Area means the part of the Convention Area which lies beyond the areas in which Coastal States exercise fisheries jurisdiction;
