Regulatory Report definition

Regulatory Report means any publicly available report (including returns) which the D- SIB is required to submit to any public authority or publish pursuant to any written law or law of a foreign country.
Regulatory Report means a report required by a Regulator to be prepared by an Entity, but does not include any return required to be given to a Regulator for statistical or administrative purposes.
Regulatory Report means a brief description in English of [***] provided to the JSC [***] of receipt thereof.
