Rehabilitation Obligations definition

Rehabilitation Obligations means the obligations of the Company to undertake the rehabilitation of the minesite on completion of all substantive mining operations in accordance with the EMP or EMPs;
Rehabilitation Obligations means the obligations of the Joint Venturers under the Act, all Tenements and Authorizations, and aJl applicable statutory and contractual obligations relating to Rehabilitation during and following completion of Joint Venture Activities.

  • The Acquirer is responsible for satisfying all Rehabilitation Obligations that arise as result of the Acquirer’s activities in respect of the Tenement, however the Acquirer is not required to restore or rehabilitate such areas to a condition that is better than that existing on the Effective Date.

  • Rehabilitation means the repair, renovation, alteration or reconstruction of any building or structure, pursuant to the Rehabilitation Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-6.
