Reinstatement Work definition

Reinstatement Work means work necessary due to deliberate damage or accelerated wear, or otherwise to reinstate the Accommodation Unit as nearly as practicable to its condition as at the commencement of this Contract which may include:
Reinstatement Work means replacements or repairs that are reasonably necessary to reinstate the Accommodation Unit to the same condition it was in when the Resident started occupation of it, apart from:
Reinstatement Work means (i) any and all work; design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and testing required to reinstate the Vessel in accordance with the Reinstatement Specification and (ii) dry-docking, cleaning and painting of the Vessel’s bottom and effecting scheduled maintenance, so that the Vessel is fitted in every way for service under the Charter.

Examples of Reinstatement Work in a sentence

  • All designs, plans and specifications in respect of the Reinstatement Work shall be subject to the Design and Construction Certification Procedure.

  • Following vacation of the Accommodation Unit to pay to the Scheme Operator the cost of the Reinstatement Work as defined.

  • All designs, plans and specifications in respect of the Reinstatement Work shall be subject to the Design and Certification Procedure.

  • However, the Resident hereby irrevocably appoints the Scheme Operator as the Resident’s agent to undertake or arrange any Reinstatement Work on the Resident’s behalf and at the Resident’s cost, in lieu of the Resident undertaking or arranging that Reinstatement Work.

  • The Cost of the Reinstatement Work must be paid by the Resident unless otherwise payable by the Scheme Operator pursuant to the Act.


More Definitions of Reinstatement Work

Reinstatement Work means those works to be carried out on the part of the Concessionaire which are necessary to repair, reinstate or replace the assets which are the subject of a relevant claim or claims.

Reinstatement Work means work reasonably necessary to reinstate the Accommodation Unit to a marketable condition having regard to its condition as at the date the Resident commenced occupying the Accommodation Unit and the general condition of other accommodation units in the Retirement Village that are comparable with the Accommodation Unit, which may include but is not limited to: 1.1.38.1 repainting the Accommodation Unit; 1.1.38.2 replacing the carpets and other floor coverings in the Accommodation Unit; 1.1.38.3 repairing damage to the Accommodation Unit; and 1.1.38.4 replacing fixtures, fittings, equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings and other property in the Accommodation Unit that are made available by the Scheme Operator; whether required as a result of fair wear and tear or otherwise;
Reinstatement Work means work necessary to reinstate the Accommodation Unit to a marketable condition by having regard to the condition of the Accommodation Unit at the time the Resident took up residence (including any inventory taken at the time) and the general condition of other comparable Accommodation Units in the Retirement Village.
