Reinsurer Disclosure Schedule definition

Reinsurer Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated as of the date hereof delivered by the Reinsurer to the Ceding Company in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Reinsurer Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule (including any attachments thereto) delivered by the Reinsurer to the Ceding Company in connection with, and constituting a part of, this Agreement.
