Rejected Contract Activities not removed by Contractor within 10 calendar days will be deemed abandoned by Contractor, and the State will have the right to dispose of it as its own property.
Rejection of any Rejected Contract pursuant to the Plan shall not constitute a termination of pre-existing obligations owed to the applicable Debtor(s) under such Rejected Contract.
