Rejection of Any Subscription or Termination of the Offering. No later than three (3) business days after receipt by NCPS of written notice (i) from Issuer that the Issuer intends to reject a Subscriber’s subscription, (ii) from Issuer and Broker that there will be no closing of the sale of Securities to Subscribers, (iii) from any federal or state regulatory authority that any application by Issuer to conduct a banking business has been denied, or (iv) from the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other federal or state regulatory authority that a stop or similar order has been issued with respect to the Offering Document and has remained in effect for at least twenty (20) days, NCPS shall pay to the applicable Subscriber(s), by ACH , the amount of the Cash Investment paid by each Subscriber.
Rejection of Any Subscription or Termination of the Offering. Promptly after receipt by Escrow Agent of written notice (i) from Issuer that the Issuer intends to reject a Subscriber’s subscription, (ii) from Issuer or SI Securities that there will be no closing of the sale of Securities to Subscribers, (iii) from any federal or state regulatory authority that any application by Issuer to conduct a banking business has been denied, or (iv) from the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other federal or state regulatory authority that a stop or similar order has been issued with respect to the Offering Document and has remained in effect for at least twenty (20) days, Escrow Agent shall pay to the applicable Subscriber(s), by ACH , the amount of the Investment paid by each Subscriber.
Rejection of Any Subscription or Termination of the Offering. No later than fifteen (15) business days after receipt by Escrow Agent of written notice (1) from Company or Agent that Company intends to reject a Subscriber’s subscription, or (2) that a subscriber has revoked his subscription, or (3) from the SEC or any other federal or state regulatory authority that a stop order has been issued with respect to the Offering Document and has remained in effect for at least twenty (20) days, or (4) from Company or Agent that there will be no closing of the sale of Units to Subscribers, Escrow Agent will, upon written instructions given by the Company, transmit to Agent that portion of the Escrow Funds attributable to such subscriber or subscribers affected by such event, or equal to the amount of the reduction in a subscription, as the case may be, with interest, and Agent shall promptly deposit such funds directly to the account of the Subscriber or Subscribers entitled thereto, together with an Earnings Notice of the type described in Section 4(b).

No later than fifteen (15) business days after receipt by Escrow Agent of written notice (i) from Issuer that it intends to reject a Subscriber’s subscription, (ii) from Issuer that there will be no closing of the sale of Shares to Subscribers, or (iii) from the SEC or any other federal or state regulatory authority that a stop order has been issued with respect to the Offering Document and has remained in effect for at least twenty (20) days, Escrow Agent shall pay to the applicable Subscriber(s), by certified or bank check and by first class mail, the amount of the Cash Investment paid by each Subscriber, and shall pay as soon as practicable to the applicable Subscriber(s), by certified or bank check and by first class mail, each Subscriber’s share of income earned on the Escrow Funds, each such share to be calculated on a Pro Rata Basis.
Rejection of Any Subscription or Termination of the Offering. Following receipt by Escrow Agent of written notice (i) from Issuer or Processing Agent that Issuer intends to reject a Subscriber’s subscription, (ii) from Issuer or Placement Agent that there will be no closing of the sale of Shares to Subscribers, or (iii) from the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other federal or state regulatory authority that a stop or similar order has been issued with respect to the Offering Document and has remained in effect for at least twenty (20) days, Escrow Agent shall promptly pay to the applicable Subscriber(s), by wire or bank check sent via overnight mail or by first-class mail, the amount of the Cash Investment paid by each Subscriber together with any interest income thereon, if any.
Rejection of Any Subscription or Termination of the Offering. No later than fifteen (15) business days after receipt by Escrow Agent of written notice (i) from Company or Agent that Company intends to reject a Subscriber's subscription, or (ii) that a subscriber has revoked his subscription or (iii) from the SEC or any other federal or state regulatory authority that a stop order has been issued with respect to the Offering Document and has remained in effect for at least twenty (20) days, Escrow Agent will, upon written instructions given by the Company, transmit to the Agent that portion of the escrowed funds attributable to such subscriber or subscribers affected by such event, or equal to the amount of the reduction, as the case may be, with interest, and the Agent shall promptly deposit such funds directly to the account of the subscriber entitled thereto, each Subscriber's share of interest to be calculated on a Pro Rata Basis.

No later than fifteen (15) business days after receipt by Escrow Agent of written notice (i) from Issuer or Charleston that Charleston intends to reject a Subscriber's subscription, (ii) from Issuer or Charleston that there will be no closing of the sale of Units to Subscribers, (iii) from any federal or state regulatory authority that any application by Issuer to conduct a banking business has been denied, or (iv) from the Securities and Exchange Commission or -- any other federal or state regulatory authority that a stop or similar order has been issued with respect to the Offering Document and has remained in effect for at least twenty (20) days, Escrow Agent shall pay to the applicable Subscriber(s), by certified or bank check and by first-class mail, the amount of the Cash Investment paid by each Subscriber, and shall pay all interest income on the Escrow Funds in the manner set forth on Exhibit A hereto. ----------
