Related Airframe definition

Related Airframe means with respect to any Aircraft or Related Engine, the Airframe relating to such Aircraft or Related Engine as set forth on the Lease Supplement with respect to such Aircraft or Related Engine.
Related Airframe means the airframe operated by Lessee bearing the Manufacturer’s Serial Number as notified by Lessee to Lessor in the Recognition of Rights Agreement or the Technical Report.
Related Airframe means the airframe operated by Lessee bearing the Manufacturer’s Serial Number as notified by Lessee to Lessor in the Recognition of Rights Agreement or the Technical Report. Related Airframe Type means an Airbus A319 on which the Engine may be installed. Rent is defined in Schedule B, Part II. Rent Commencement Date means the date on which Lessor tenders the Engine under Section 4.3.(a) (Delivery and Acceptance) of the CTA and the Lessee Conditions Precedent are met or could reasonably be expected to be met if the Delivery of the Engine had occurred. Scheduled Delivery Date means 29th June, 2007. Scheduled Delivery Month means June, 2007. Scheduled Expiry Date means the date falling sixty eight months (68) after the Rent Commencement Date (or in the event that such date is a day that is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day), which date shall be specifically set forth in the Certificate of Acceptance. Spares Deductible Amount is defined in Schedule B, Part I. Tax Indemnitee means each of Owner, Lessor, and each member of the consolidated group of which Lessor and Owner is a member for United States Federal income tax purposes, and their successors and permitted assigns.

  • Lessee shall obtain from any person to whom possession of the Engine is given, and from the lessor of any Related Airframe and from any holder of a Security Interest in any Related Airframe an Owner/Mortgagee Acknowledgement prior to the installation of such Engine on any Related Airframe.

  • In addition, Lessee shall provide Lessor with a copy of the Certificate of Airworthiness and Registration for each Related Airframe prior to installation of the Engine on such Related Airframe.

Related to Related Airframe

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Airframe means the fuselage, booms, nacelles, cowlings, fairings, airfoil surfaces including rotors (but excluding propellers and rotating airfoils of a powerplant) and landing gear of an aircraft and their accessories and controls;

  • Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements, including communication links and components that control the unmanned aircraft that are required for the pilot in command to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.

  • Alternative fuel vehicle means a vehicle designed to be capable of running on at least one type of fuel that is either gaseous at atmospheric temperature and pressure, or substantially non-mineral oil derived.

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.
